Implementation of the regional green infrastructure network will be accomplished through
incremental actions by many individuals and organizations over a long period of time.  We
hope that the resource assessments and green infrastructure maps and datasets will be
used alongside other data and tools to aid in land use, investment, conservation,
development and management decisions. The Linking Lands and Communities maps and
data may be used in different ways depending on the user and the goal or purpose of the
inquiry or project.

Maps and documentation explaining the project, maps, methodology and more are available
on this website. GIS datasets are available by request from Land-of-Sky Regional Council.  If
you would like to download the GIS datasets, we ask that you try to attend a hands-on
training session that explains the maps and data in more detail.
Implementation Resources

In addition to the Linking Lands and Communities data, maps and documentation,
a wide variety of other resources exist to aid in the implementation of the green
infrastructure network. Included below is a list of some of the many resources
which are closely related to this project.
